Call for Applications: 2026 Japan World Exposition 1970 Commemorative Fund Grant

The Japan World Exposition 1970 Commemorative Fund Grant program (JEC Fund Grant program) provides grants for projects that contribute to international cultural exchange, enhance international goodwill, or advance international projects in education or academic study. The program is administered by the Japan World Exposition 1970 Commemorative Fund.
Since 1971, the JEC Fund Grant program has awarded approximately 4,800 grants totaling approximately ¥19.7 billion. These grants are funded by investment income from a portion of the revenues generated by the Japan World Exposition 1970 (Expo '70). The program supports projects designed to uphold the spirit of Expo '70 and foster international understanding.
