Consul-General Ohmori Setsuo visited the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts on Sep. 20th, and presented the decoration of the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon to Mr. William Glover Young, Senior Judge (Former Chief Judge) of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
