The International Space Apps Challenge (ISAC) is an international mass collaborative hackathon focused on space exploration that takes place over 48-hours in cities around the world. The event embraces collaborative problem solving with a goal of producing relevant open-source solutions to address global needs applicable to both life on Earth and life in space. NASA is leading this global collaboration along with a number of additional government collaborators and 100+ local partner organizations. Space Apps is a NASA Incubator Innovation Program.
Binnovative Boston (binnovative.org), Massachusetts non-profit organization has organized the ISAC event in Boston (ISAC-BOSTON) every year since 2014. 2020 will be the seventh time this will be held in Boston.
Participants will attend virtually this year. To participate, you can form your own team with your friends. Please make sure all of your team members register. The event provides an opportunity for
everyone to improve your core skills, get involved in Boston’s hackathon community, cultivate team collaboration skills, and… to have a blast with your teammates!!
This year's theme is "Take Action," a reminder that you can be a part of the solution to our world's challenges. Browse the categories below to start your hackathon journey! Full challenge statements coming soon.
