4. A distinguished amateur athletes who has adequate records
5. A full-time university lecturer or above
6. A chief of section or above at a public research institute and museum

Documentation

Please note:
○ The Consulate declines incomplete documents; additional documents may be requested during the course of application/examination.
○ Do NOT staple your application.
○ The Consulate will not make copies.
○ The letters and certificates must be original with hand written signatures. Electronic signatures are not acceptable.
 

Each applicant for a Mutiple Visit Visa for intellectuals and researchers must submit the following basic documents.

 
1 India ○ The documents from No.1 to No.5. listed in "Documentation for Temporary Visitor Visa"
○ Supporting document(s) to prove your qualifications
All applicable nationality
(other than India)		 ○ The documents from No.1 to No.5. listed in "Documentation for Temporary Visitor Visa"
○ Supporting document(s) to prove your qualifications  
(○ A certificate of employment which states the following:)(if you work at an enterprise)
- your salary
- your position
- start date of your employment
 
2 All applicable nationality other than
India
and the following twelve countries		 ○ A letter on letter head, stating the reason of application for a mutiple visit visa (including the intended planned length of stay in Japan)

Uzbekistan		 ○ A letter on letter head, stating the reason of application for a mutiple visit visa (including the intended length of stay in Japan)

○ A letter of reason for invitation from the host enterprise in Japan(designated form (Japanese/English))

AND

○ Day by day schedule of stay of the first trip (designated form (up to 15 days/up to 30 days))
 
3 All applicable nationality ○ Additional documents may be requested during the course of application/examination as it is impossible to specify the exact form the evidence should take since applicants' circumstances vary greatly.
