You must meet ONE of the following conditions:

1. A full-time employee of one of the following enterprise:

(1) A government enterprise
(2) A company listed on the stock exchange market
(3) A company that is a member of the Japanese Business Association of New England, and has its office located in Japan
(4) A joint corporation (subsidiary company or representative office) that co-invested with a company listed on the stock exchange
(5) A company that has continual transactions with a Japanese company listed on the stock exchange in Japan

2. A full-time employee who made a business trip to Japan for the last three years (with the visa for business trip) and also made more than two trips to G7 countries (Canada, France, Germany, Italy, UK) for the last three years
[The visit(s) to France, Germany or Italy should be with the Shengen visa issued by one of those three countries.]

3. A full-time employee who made more than three business trips to Japan for the last three years (each trip must be with the visa for business trip)

A certificate of employment which states the following:
- your salary
- your position
- start date of your employment

2 All applicable nationality other than
India, Brunei, Cambodia, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Thailand
and the following twelve countries
○ A letter from your business firm on company letter head, requesting a mutiple visit visa to you (including the intended planned length of stay in Japan)

OR

○ A letter of reason for invitation from the host enterprise in Japan (designated form (Japanese/English))

[Brunei, Cambodia, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Thailand nationals are exempted from submitting the said letter]

3 All applicable nationality ○ Additional documents may be requested during the course of application/examination as it is impossible to specify the exact form the evidence should take since applicants' circumstances vary greatly.
