Virtual School Visit Announcement

The Consulate General of Japan in Boston is pleased to announce the launch of its virtual school visit program starting September 2021 for students in kindergarten through grade 12 attending schools in the New England area. Under this program, the Cultural Assistant will be introducing students to Japanese language and/or culture through one-hour Zoom sessions. All sessions will be conducted in English and are provided free of charge. We are able to provide sessions on the following topics:

Japanese Culture Overview
School Life in Japan
Language Lesson
Writing Lesson
Children’s Stories
Children’s Songs
Holidays and Festivals
Arts and Crafts Workshop
Origami Workshop
