10th Anniversary Celebration of the Japan Women’s Leadership Initiative by Fish Family Foundation (October 4)

On Tuesday, October 4th 2016, Consul General Michii joined the Japan Women’s Leadership Initiative (JWLI) in celebrating its 10th anniversary. The ceremony included remarks from two JWLI alumnae and a graduation ceremony for this year’s JWLI fellows.
Founded by Fish Family Foundation, JWLI empowers Japanese women to become leaders and to make positive social change and innovation in Japan by offering emerging women leaders a four-week, hands-on training in Boston on nonprofit management and leadership with an entrepreneurial mindset.
