Foreign Minister Commendation award ceremony

An award ceremony for Dr. Tom Curtin, Chair of the Concord-Nanae Network, was held on September 10, 2016 at the Town House of Concord, MA. More than 40 people from the Concord Nanae Network and the Hokkaido Massachusetts Association gathered to celebrate the presentation to Dr. Curtin of the Foreign Minister Commendation 2016. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced this commendation in July for Dr. Curtin’s contribution in promoting friendship and mutual understanding between Japan and the U.S.
