2016 Autumn Conferment of Decorations on Foreign Nationals

The Government of Japan has decided to confer decorations on 96 foreign nationals on November 3．In New England, Dr. Thomas G Curtin, former president of the Massachusetts Hokkaido Association and former chairman of Concord Nanae Network, will receive The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays for his contribution to promoting Japanese studies and mutual understanding between Japan and the United States.
