Certificate of Appreciation to the Massachusetts Hokkaido Association from Hokkaido Governor Harumi Takahashi

 
On June 19, 2016 the Governor of Hokkaido Ms. Harumi Takahashi presented a Certificate of Appreciation and an Official Shield to the Massachusetts Hokkaido Association as a token of an appreciation for the Association’s continuous efforts to develop the friendship of the Massachusetts-Hokkaido Sister State relationship and to promote interaction. Dr. Tom Curtin, President of the Massachusetts Hokkaido Association, accepted the Certificate of Appreciation and the Official Shield on behalf of the Massachusetts Hokkaido Association at a ceremony at his residence.
