Notice of Postponement: Japanese Flag Raising at Boston City Hall

Due to the severe winter weather forecast for Monday, February 23, the National Weather Service has issued a Blizzard Warning, and the City of Boston has declared a Snow Emergency.
In light of these conditions, the Japanese Flag Raising Ceremony at Boston City Hall Plaza has been postponed.
The ceremony will now take place on:
