On January 22nd, Consul General Takahashi paid a courtesy call on Salem Mayor Dominick Pangallo at Salem City Hall, MA.
On the courtesy call, Consul General Takahashi and Mayor Pangallo discussed about the cultural exchanges, especially the sister-city relationship between Salem and Ota, Tokyo, as well as tourism promotions between Japan and Salem, and agreed to continue further cooperation.
