Consul General Suzuki attends ‘Discover all the Charms of Japanese Seafood in Boston’

On March 12, Consul General Suzuki visited the booths of Japanese exhibitors at Seafood Expo North America and attended "Japanese Seafood Appeal Promotion Event - Discover all the Charms of Japanese Seafood in Boston," a reception event co-hosted by JETRO and the Consulate General of Japan. At the event, the Consul General delivered a speech in which he talked about the appeal of Japanese seafood. Chef Toru Oga, a Goodwill Ambassador for the Promotion of Japanese Cuisine, also spoke at the event and presented dishes using yellowtail, sea bream, and scallops directly from Japan, as well as other seasonal ingredients, demonstrating the high quality of Japanese seafood products and their versatility.
