Ms. Katharine Finnegan awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays

Ms. Katharine Finnegan, Executive Director of Kaji Aso Studio, was recognized for her many years’ contribution to promoting Japanese culture and friendship between Japan and the United States, and was presented with the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays by the Government of Japan. The conferment ceremony and reception took place on December 2nd at the Residence of Consul General.
